Hi everyone, I have the following problem: I tried to compute functional connectivity by using the 'Define ROI' button. As ROI I selected one of the Default ROIs (taken from Andrew-Hannas nodes of the DMN). This Region had the following coordinates: -6 52 2 (radius: 5). However, the following output in the Matlab command window does not fit these coordinates. See the following lines ... ' [...] Sphere ROI Center: 49 90 36 Radius: 5 Brain Size: 91 109 91 Voxel Size: 2 2 2 Contained Voxels: 81 [...]' Is there an explanation for this problem and how can I assess the coordinates that were truely used for computing functional connectivity? Thanks everyone in advance Jonas

49 90 36 is voxel index.
49 90 36 is voxel index.
Please read http://rfmri.org/faq #9
