Output ICC

How do I interpret test-retest: intraclass correlation (ICC) output? I insert my two maps select the ANOVA method and the result is a blank .nii image. I want to compare the similarity between two non-binary maps. Thanks in advance

If you got blank .nii ICC image. There must be something wrong.


For only two maps, you can calculate the spacial correlation.
