Dear all,
I am interested in functional connectivity of cerebellum.
I found SUIT and Buckner Atlas from SPM extension.
They provided atlas and DARTEL templates.
How can I incorporate it into DPARSFA?

Hi Alex,
I am not familiar with Cerebellum registration.
Are you toing to use a T1 template for Cerebellum? Or using segmentation?
