reho maps distorted after analyses

Dear REST experts,
i have processed the rest fMRI images with REST tool, REHO maps after the REST analyses is distorted , i am attaching the distorted image (left side image in the attachment) as well as the preprocessed image (right side image in the attachment) ,can any one pl. help

This should be normal. ReHo map doesn't have clear GM/WM contrast like the original EPI image.
