How to make mask based on Harvard-Oxford atlas?

Dear Chao-Gan,

I want to make a striatum mask based on Harvard-Oxford atlas and used in my study, but I am not sure how to achieve it. I used to use Pickatlas to generate mask based on AAL. However, the nucleus accubens are not included in the AAL atlas. I will be really appreciated if you could tell the way to generate mask in dpabi.

If you need to extract left and right striatum mask,

1. Check {DPABI}/Templates/HarvardOxford_Atlas_NewIndex_YCG.xlsx, find out the new index of the structure you wanted.

2. DPABI_VIEW->More->Set range threshold, give the index you needed. The Cluster->save all clusters.
