Statistical analysis

i work on Alff,fAlff,ReHo and VMHC  i do this step :1-pca reduction 2-feature selection 3- classification.

my qestion if i want to do statistical analysis where can i do it ,i mean  after any step 1 or 2 or 3.

and how can i do it.the output of three step is vector in matlab.

also i need source to read about statisical analysis.

your help is appreciated.

I think you don't need to perform t tests as long as you are doing classification analysis (multivariate pattern recognition).
