I didn't chose to make it caculate the ALFF, so I only got the folder of 'FunImgARWSCF', which is the Filtered_4DVolume. What should we do to transfer thses kind of data to make it suitable for analysis as two-sample t-test.

Filtered_4DVolume is not an output yet but just the filtered 4D volumes, thus is not suitable for two-sample t-test.
