Functional connectivity matrix

Dear Prof. Yan,
Hi! I used DPASFA of DPABI to get a functional connectivity based on ALL. However, the matrix seem to be blur,  so I think there may be something wrong with my processing steps. Could you give me some advice? Thanks a lot in advance.

How many regions of AAL are there? And how did you get the matrix?

Dear Prof. Yan,

 I used the "Functional Connectivity" in Dpasfa and Define the ROI in "Define ROI" button in Dpasfa.

There is a piece of information during the precedure as follows,

Warning: Matrix is close to singular or badly scaled. Results may be
inaccurate. RCOND =  1.567823e-08. 
> In y_regress_ss at 37
  In y_RegressOutImgCovariates at 140
  In DPARSFA_run>(parfor body) at 2611
  In parallel_function>make_general_channel/channel_general at 885
  In remoteParallelFunction at 31

I mean how did you generate the picture and how did you determine it's "abnormal"?
