ALFF maps and AAL template

Dear DR YAN

My work is focussed in the analysis of neuroimages. I ran a group of subject fmri data with Dpabi tools and obtained ALFF maps . I would like to know how to obtain the alff value for individual regions of the map and  parcellating it with AAL(116 regions) ? Is there a way to directly extract the ROI from the Dpabi toolbox ?

please i want to know step by step.

Thanks Dr YAN for fast response, I get the ROI (1*116) for every subject , Now i want to get the correlation matrix (116*116) for every subject, So how can i do this?

You can not get correlation matrix for each subject only based on ALFF.
