Which results folder should I choose for further statistical analysis ? What are the differences?

Hi,

\{working directory}\Results          contains all stats you need,

\{working directory}\ResultsS contains the smothed metrics.

Sorry for the confusion.

I didn't mean you have to analyze the unsmoothed metrics. It is OK to use smoothed ones.
