Hi. Eeveryone.
1. I was confused by the starting directory while preprocessing ReHo. Should we start from FunImgARCW and check the "Filter" upon the option of "Normalize by DARTEL " as shown in the ReHo.png.?
2 Actually, ALFF and fALFF was preprocessed firstly. The "Filter" after "ALFF+ fALFF" was checked. So FunImgARCWSF was generated. But FunImgARCWSF was already smoothed, right? So I guess the starting directory while preprocessing ReHo should be FunImgARCW, right?
3 . Should the range in the "Band" behind "ALFF+fALFF" be the same as the range in the "Filter" upon "Normalize by DARTEL "?
Looking forward to your reply.
Best wishes.
Becky

1. The one after ALFF/fALFF.
1. The one after ALFF/fALFF. But numbers were set there.
2. Do another round preprocessing without smoothing for ReHo.
3. Yes.

Smooth ReHo vs Smooth Derivatives
Thank you so much for your reply. Here are some questions about the data applied for statistic analysis.
1 I preprocessed resting data to generate ALFF and fALFF firstly with Results folder created. mALFF/zALFF in the ALFF_FunImgARCWS could be used for statistic analysis, right?
2 Then I preprocessed data to generate ReHo. When I choose "Smooth ReHo", ReHo_FunImgARCWF in the Results folder was created. smReHo/szReHo could be used for statistic analysis, right?
3 When I choose "Smooth Derivatives" while generating ReHo, ResultsS was generated.
(1) At this time, smReHo/szReHo in the ResultsS\ReHo_FunImgARCWF folder could be used for statistic analysis, right?
(2) But what about ALFF data, should the smALFF/szALFF in the ResultsS\ALFF_FunImgARCWS folder could be used for statistic analysis or mALFF/zALFF in the Results\ALFF_FunImgARCWS folder could be used for statistic analysis?
(3) I was wonderring that mALFF/zALFF (in the Results\ALFF_FunImgARCWS folder) was smoothed because they were in the ALFF_FunImgARCWS folder. So they were the same as smALFF/szALFF in the ResultsS\ALFF_FunImgARCWS folder. Is that right?
Look forward to your reply.
Best wishes

For ALFF_FunImgARCWS, use
For ALFF_FunImgARCWS, use zALFF* under Results.
For ReHo_FunImgARCWF, use szReHo* under ResultsS.
